Introduction

I work with mostly with women who experience postpartum and perinatal issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, rage, feeling overstimulated and overwhelmed. I also work with people struggling with depression and anxiety related to everyday life issues. I am passionate about healing people who have been through trauma/anxiety and depression utilizing EMDR which assists clients in processing trauma through an accelerated modality. EMDR is an intensive therapy which reduces negative emotion associated with the traumatic memories.
