Introduction

My name is Michael Domey. I have 10 years of experience in mental health and 3 as a mental health counselor. I first began working in mental health when I was 21 years old with adolescents who had experienced trauma and challenges with behavioral disruptions in their lives. I found a passion in the intersection of mental health and outdoor-based work and connection to the natural world. I then became trained as an EMDR therapist to help clients address and reprocess traumatic events in their lives. I specialize with children 6-10 and adolescents 11-18 years old.
