A natural philosopher at heart, I believe in an integrated approach to therapy by meeting clients wherever they are in their journey. I am a certified trauma professional with an eclectic background in massage therapy, criminal justice and case management. With a strong theoretical orientation, I utilize many modalities including ACT, CBYT, DBT, reality therapy, somatic therapy and mindfulness to help my clients overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and many other life challenges. So often, our greatest challenges happen to be our own limiting beliefs.
