Introduction

Hello my name is Mike Darcy, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice offering telehealth services. I'm licensed in California MFT 107642 and Montana BBH-LMFT-LIC-64855. My practice focuses on Individual therapy with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, post-traumatic stress, grief, relational challenges. I'm retired military, and prior law enforcement, focusing much of my therapy work addressing the issues our veterans and first responders face. I also work with those individuals who experience difficulty with work/life balance, and navigating life. Through therapy we explore the issues you face, and work together at developing healthier strategies, and workable solutions for increased life satisfaction.
