Introduction

My philosophy of therapy is based mostly in attachment theory with a focus on relational perspectives. My hope for therapy is to assist clients in gaining awareness of themselves through exploring patterns of behaviors and thoughts. I spend time exploring past experiences, and the interpretation of these experiences which influence reactions and affect relationships. Trauma-informed concepts also impact the therapy process and I often utilize mindfulness techniques.
