I'm a fellow sojourner and human-being enthusiast. I've been a people-helper for more than 20 years and love working in the field of psychotherapy. I am always pursuing on-going growth work and engaging in advanced training in order best support clients. I have specialized training targeted at addressing trauma including Complex PTSD and DID. I am a firm believer in the inherent ability to heal that is present in evey person.
