I enjoy working from a strengths-based and solution-focused perspective. I have experience with grief, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship issues, work/career issues, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I will be your partner in answering questions you are asking yourself.
