Introduction

Michele R. Lovell Clinical Social Worker/Therapist - LCSW As life brings us new challenges it’s important to recognize that it may also bring anxiety, stress, depression or feelings of loss of control or (other difficult reactions). As a Native New Yorker I realize the importance of emotional support when required. If you are experiencing low motivation, frequent irritability, prolonged sadness or difficulty with making important decisions affecting your ability to practice and enjoy self-care and have peace of mind, it’s time for help. Therapy will help you discover important things about yourself and build your resilience when hard times occur. I am here to offer support. My sessions with you are focused on your concerns to move forward and engage in a positive outlook, while you build on ways to work through life’s challenges. Each day we have the opportunity to learn and grow from our experiences. Therapy can assist with building insight, problem solving, communication of feelings, and recognition of emotional needs. I am here to listen, encourage, affirm and coach you to gain enhanced life balance and greater peace of mind. Michele R. Lovell, LCSW Clinical Social Worker/Therapist-LCSW
