Introduction

It is my goal to create a comfortable, safe environment where we will work together to achieve solutions in a highly confidential and professional way through a HIPPA compliant online portal, otherwise known as TeleMental Health. I offer my counseling and clinical services to anyone who struggles through their life and who may need some assistance. For over 30 years I have been working with various cases of social disorder, self esteem programs and family/relationship issues, grief counseling, trauma and addictions. I enjoy empowering my clients through private online, telemental health counseling sessions. Let's focus on you!! I offer a cognitive-behavioral approach in order to help clients work toward solutions. I work with depression, mood imbalances, anxiety and social disorders, school and work related stress, relationship and family issues, trauma, grief counseling and addictions. As we build our journey together we will work towards your goals. My therapy style helps to empower each individual by assisting them to identify faulty thinking patterns, while learning new strategies for a healthier life.
