For 23 years I've enjoyed helping people have hope and gain understanding about why they feel the way they do. I assist in overcoming the dysfunctional beliefs they have about themselves and their circumstance. I use a collaborative approach and meet you where you are at but will encourage you to take steps towards your personal goals. There is no right or wrong way to feel about what you have experienced because it is just that, your own experience. It's important to acknowledge this and be gentle with yourself.
