l am Michelle Cooley and Im a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and co-owner of Living in Confidence Counseling Services. At LIC we focus on empowering those looking to overcome life's challenges and achieve holistic well-being through compassionate, personalized care in the state of PA. I specialize in Trauma focused care, Boundary setting, Self-care and the overall development of healthy coping mechanisms to live a full life.
