As a clinical social worker, I look at all the factors that make you who you are - experiences, culture, race, spirituality, sexuality and gender all play a role and deserve to be explored boldly. My approach is practical, giving you concrete steps you can take outside of therapy to see the changes you are longing for. In session, I use a combination of solution focused, mindfulness body awareness and self compassion, and person centered dialogue to support you in your goals.
