Introduction

Are you struggling with feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unmotivated? Are you dealing with a stressful life transition and need support? Whether you are looking for a space to process worries, to learn new coping skills, or to feel like yourself again, I'm here for you! I can help you make a plan to feel better and reach your goals. I work with adults, teens, and children ages 8+. All sessions are virtual. I believe you are the expert of your own life and my goal is to support you in moving towards positive change. We will talk about what brought you to this place in your life and then create a plan to get where you want to be. During treatment, we will identify and change patterns in your life that are holding you back. Whatever struggle you are facing, you don't have to face it alone. When we meet, you can expect a welcoming space where you can be yourself, find hope, and feel supported in working towards growth and healing.
