I work with adults, teens, and children ages 8+. All sessions are virtual. I believe you are the expert of your own life and my goal is to support you in moving towards positive change. We will talk about what brought you to this place in your life and then create a plan to get where you want to be. During treatment, we will identify and change patterns in your life that are holding you back. Whatever struggle you are facing, you don't have to face it alone.
