I am an EMDR-trained therapist in Florida, specializing in helping Black, Hispanic, Latinx, and Indigenous people heal from intergenerational trauma. Using a mindful, experiential approach, I guide you in breaking cycles, improving communication, and overcoming cultural and language barriers. Through EMDR and somatic awareness, I help you reduce anxiety and depression so you can reclaim your story and create a life of clarity, freedom, and joy. I offer a generational healing program for mothers ages 25-39 who want to heal through intergenerational trauma work using EMDR resourcing, mindfulness skills and emotional awareness starting February 2025.
