If you are someone who is having a lot of emotional ups and downs, you may feel alone, helpless, mentally/physically exhausted or even struggle to get out of bed. You may be experiencing racing thoughts, feeling overwhelmed or having trouble concentrating. You might have panic attacks or have a difficult time with assertion. Reaching out for help can be difficult. Please know it is typical to feel that way and you are not alone. When you look ahead, you would like to envision yourself handling challenges without getting a panic attack/overthinking everything. You would like to feel like getting out of bed isn’t such a chore and your day-to-day schedule doesn’t feel so overwhelming. You think how nice it would be to just be able to go one day without crying. I would like to help you through whatever issues you are facing, whether it is an unresolved issue from the past or you started struggling out of nowhere. I will do my best to support you through the healing process so you can create a life you love & start living a life you deserve. I have been in the mental health field since 2004 in some capacity and have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with people who have experienced trauma and am certified in EMDR.
