Thank you for being here. Yáʼátʼééh (Hello), I'm Michelle (she/her), an Indigenous Queer woman with deep roots in the Apache, Diné, Southern Cheyenne, and Kiowa nations. My approach to mental health therapy is decolonized, emphasizing holistic well-being—mind, body, social connection, and spirituality. I strive to create a therapeutic space where your story is at the forefront, honoring your strengths and embracing you without judgment. Practicing on the ancestral lands of the Shoshone, Northern Ute, Goshute, and Paiute peoples, also known as Salt Lake City, Utah, I incorporate land acknowledgment into my work. This meaningful gesture honors the Indigenous Peoples who have historically inhabited this land. Just as every therapy journey is unique, I respect and honor your personal journey within our therapeutic space. My clinical experience is rooted in community and tribal mental health, focusing on trauma, domestic violence, substance use, identity exploration, and perinatal mental health. I deeply value individual narratives and look forward to listening to and learning from yours. Ahéheeʼ (Thank you) ----------------------------------------------------------------- *Non-Discrimination Policy* My practice ensures that no one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay.
