I currently hold a Doctorate degree in Applied Clinical Psychology. My focus as a therapist aims to facilitate healing, insight, and growth by guiding and encouraging individuals to develop more introspective and compassionate relationships with themselves. I have worked with individuals who struggle with a broad range of clinical issues including bipolar, depression, trauma, anxiety, relationship conflict, and family conflict. I provide psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and grounding which involves the evaluation of thinking patterns and specifically how thinking patterns influence physiological and behavioral changes within an individual. I worked at the Saban Community Clinic providing therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder and trauma. I ultimately believes that treatment is a unique experience for everyone who seeks help, and she therefore tailors her approach based on the needs of each individual client.
