Introduction

I am a Memphis native but have called Nashville home for the past decade. am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (TN license number 1381). I received a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2015 and a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University in 2010. My approach to working with clients is collaborative, emotionally focused, and client-centered. I hope to create a safe place for clients to be wherever they are on their journey and enjoys helping clients learn to navigate their lives in new ways. I am passionate about working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, transition, and self-regulation. I am trained in EFT (emotionally focused therapy), Brainspotting, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), IFS (internal family systems), and PREPARE/ENRICH Assessment. In my free time you will most likely find me sitting on my front porch, in a good conversation, walking my dog, or watching Netflix.
