I am passionate about empowering you in your mental health journey, to support you in accomplishing your life goals in alignment with your values and identity. I provide tools and coping skills to work through barriers in your life to heal your mind, body, and spirit. In our therapy sessions, we will use methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which strengthen your concrete skills and facilitate changes in behavior, rewiring thoughts, understanding emotions, and developing body awareness. I enjoy working with adults, older adults, and individuals with disabilities. You will have opportunities to engage in experiential exercises and expressive therapy, including visual arts, movement, drama therapy, and other mind-body practices. I also specialize in hoarding and the relationship between one’s physical environment and one’s mental wellbeing. I acknowledge the energy and courage it takes to reach out for support. Together, we will work through your mental and emotional barriers, which can sometimes manifest in your physical space and belongings.
