Introduction

I've been on your side of the couch, and I know firsthand that coming to counseling can be extremely scary. It's hard to be vulnerable with a new person, not knowing how they'll react to what you tell them. As a counselor, my role is to meet you right where you're at, take your hand, and walk with you at your own pace out of the darkness.
