Introduction

I'm a clinical social worker and hold a license in Arizona and North Carolina. I'm also a military veteran with 24 years of experience working with individuals, families, and organizations. I specialize in evidence-based treatments, coaching concepts, and mind-body approaches for renewal, transformation, and healing. My specialties include the most common mental health conditions, wellness strategies, and life/career transitions. I offer an integrative and collaborative approach where I engage clients from a relationship-building and strengths-based perspective. While my primary modalities include solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness practices, my approach is eclectic. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, relaxed environment to provide optimal opportunities for growth. Client collaboration that fosters self-awareness and confidence achieves the best outcomes. Together we will create specific and measurable short-term goals to build long-term success. Reaching out during difficult times takes courage and vulnerability. Let's begin your healing journey and start exploring transformational possibilities today.
