I'm a clinical social worker and hold a license in Arizona and North Carolina. I'm also a military veteran with 24 years of experience working with individuals, families, and organizations. I specialize in evidence-based treatments, coaching concepts, and mind-body approaches for renewal, transformation, and healing.
