Hi, I’m Mindy and I’m glad you are here. Starting the therapeutic journey can be overwhelming. Whether you are here for individual or couples counseling, I’m here to support you on your journey and your season of change. We will work together to move through where you are feeling stuck, and what will move you forward to being the best version of yourself. My role as a Licensed Professional Counselor / Mental Health Therapist is to help you to feel empowered, and to grow. You are the expert on you.
