Introduction

Hello, I have been working with children and families regarding their behaviors and mental health for over 25 years. In the most recent years, I have been in private practice working with individuals of all ages who want to better help and understand themselves. My training and career has been developed using Family Systems Theory and Trauma Informed based practices, with CBT, Solution Focused and other techniques woven throughout treatment. I was trained and have utilized EMDR for over 20 years. I view our mental health as a part of our whole body system and work to assist incorporating overall better physical/spiritual/mental health. I currently see children, teens and adults working through difficult issues/transitions of their lives. I look forward in helping you help you.
