Introduction

I'm Mindy! I wholeheartedly believe we all need a healthy dose of support, compassion, and humor as we navigate the world. This is my life's work and purpose. I am also a mom of four, partner, coffee lover, and the world's worst cook. My superpower is providing affirming, safe, judgment-free spaces for healing and good questions to spark self-reflection. You might want to know what to expect and what not to expect in a session with me...You can expect a counseling session that resembles a comfortable, relaxed conversation where you are genuinely heard and supported. I aim for you to feel like you are sharing a sweet tea or coffee with someone who is warm, empathetic, and makes you feel at ease and valued. I know sometimes counselors get a bad rep from TV characters, past stigmas, and whatnot, but don't worry—there's none of that cold, unfeeling, stuffy stuff here. I hope to see you soon.
