I, Mira Brady, am the proud owner of MilSo 2 MilSo Counseling Services PLLC, a safe place for military affiliates, dependents, and anyone (military affiliation is not a requirement) across the globe to visit when dealing with anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, mental health, and much more. MilSo 2 MilSo provides a range of therapeutic services so you can be the best version of yourself. I am a graduate of Prairie View A & M University, and I obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology and minored in Chemistry. I went on to obtain my Master's in Educational Administration and Counseling. Coming from a family with members in multiple branches of service, I understand the emotional and mental impact it can have on the military affiliates in addition to their loved one. I also understand that everyone deserves the right to a happy and healthy quality of life, regardless of military affiliation. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. Choosing a therapist is very personal and I urge you to be judgmental as possible to find the right fit for you. My approach is to work beside you to achieve your personal goals and growth. My personal belief and value is to "Do No Harm" to any of my clients. I will work to make sure your mental health is my first priority. I also believe in autonomy. You have the right to decide what is best for you and your life. I will not pressure you to do or say anything that makes you uncomfortable. My primary focus is to assist individuals who are struggling in their personal and/or professional relationship. My goal is to provide a place that is not only supportive, but safe where my clients can communicate honestly to control stressors. We come from a variety of backgrounds, races, religions, and sexual orientation. At MilSo to MilSo, I only see individuals taking necessary steps to heal. I lead with love... You are welcome here. I believe each person needs to feel heard to heal. I am here to help you heal by listening. I also believe no matter what has occurred in the past in your life, you CAN move forward and have a greater quality of life. I value your courage to search for a counselor that can help you with what is concerning you. I am guided by my ethical principles required in my profession and driven by my own beliefs and morals that a better version of yourself is achievable.
