Introduction

Bienvenidos/Welcome! I am a bilingual, bicultural Spanish-speaking therapist based in the East Bay area of California, dedicated to supporting children, teens, and adults of color who may be facing various challenges. My work spans across issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship satisfaction, life purpose, trauma, postpartum depression, and spirituality—all often interwoven with life transitions, family stress, and grief. While I specialize in meeting the unique needs of minorities and underrepresented communities, I welcome clients from all backgrounds to pursue personal growth. My therapeutic goal is to empower you by identifying and building on your strengths, helping you navigate obstacles with resilience and confidence. I provide a safe, judgment-free environment where you can be open and honest, and together, we will work to improve your quality of life through a tailored therapeutic approach. My experience includes working in schools, trauma centers, community-based outpatient and inpatient settings for children, teens, and adults, giving me a broad foundation to support you wherever you are in your journey. As a therapist, I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques to suit each individual's needs, including traditional methods and newer approaches such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. This innovative treatment can be particularly effective for those facing complex emotional challenges, providing a supportive space to deepen your healing process if clinically appropriate. Additionally, I offer Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy upon request, where therapeutically suitable. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to work with you. Please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if my approach is a good fit for you or your family. Healing is for everyone—I look forward to supporting you on this journey.
