Our work begins by focusing on your reasons for coming to therapy, whether it's a relationship problem, you're struggling with work-life balance, or you're experiencing significant anxiety or depression. I work with people from a whole person perspective/holistic approach focusing on your strengths and the things that might be getting in the way of your moving forward. A little bit about me..
