I offer several years of experience working in clinical mental health counseling, addictions, and clinical settings as a Clinical Director. I practice from a holistic approach which addresses the mind, body, and spiritual approach to healing, and I am also an apprenticed Native American Healer. I incorporate my traditional knowledge with evidence-based approaches such as DBT, CBT, Stages of Change approach, and Person-Centered Therapy, as well as REBT. I have secured certifications in these excellent counseling approaches, as well as certified shame-informed treatment professional and certified clinical trauma professional. and continued to pursue additional techniques such as Narcissistic abuse survivor treatment to add to my counseling toolkit.
