Most of my career has been dedicated to helping high school students learn to be authentic and live more comfortably with themselves. I am political about current issues of Equity, Justice, and Inclusion. I have worked in the Massachusetts Public Schools as a School Adjustment Counselor and Expressive Art Teacher for 20 years. Currently my private practice as a Creative Art Therapist, Expressive Arts, Yoga Nidra Meditation teacher. Art is healing. Art is meditative. Art Works!
