I'm committed to helping my clients become their true selves, able to handle whatever life brings, and develop nourishing, fulfilling relationships. Depth and attachment-oriented, I focus on assisting my clients in resolving painful issues that interfere with daily living from the "bottom up," so that new ways of being may emerge spontaneously (over time, of course). We do this by a variety of methods to help you cultivate your own healing process that serves you long after our time together is complete.
