Introduction

I believe that we are all capable of increasing our awareness, making meaningful changes and achieving personal growth. I love having the honor of supporting and working together with my clients on their journey to healing and wellness. I specialize in providing individual therapy for adults and have over 16 years experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist & Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I specialize in treating those struggling with disordered eating behaviors such as Compulsive Dieting, Binge Eating, Bulimia, Anorexia, Negative Body Image and Body Dysmorphic Disorder. I also have extensive experience working with Stress Reduction, Anxiety, Life Transitions (i.e. college, new job), Relationship Issues, and Low Self Esteem. I am highly skilled in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy. I utilize a variety of highly effective therapeutic modalities so that I can specialize our treatment to meet your specific recovery goals. It is always my intention to provide a compassionate and inclusive environment. I will assess your individual needs and provide the necessary skills and insight needed to change unwanted behaviors, negative beliefs & unhealthy patterns in your life. I know the first step can be overwhelming, so I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation where we can discuss your needs and determine if I am the right fit for you. I look forward to connecting and beginning the transformative process of mind & body restoration, so you can thrive again! *I am not in network with insurance providers at this time. I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance carrier for accurate information regarding your specific benefits. I am a contracted provider with Lyra & Modern Health if you have EAP benefits with your company.
