I got into this field because I have always found that I feel better when I feel heard. As someone who has always been a fan of understanding how our brains work, I respect that each one of us has already gone to great lengths to be resilient and survive hard things. But sometimes what we are doing stops working and we need someone who thinks differently to give us perspective. With a bunch of therapeutic “tools” in my arsenal for different symptoms and stressors (as each and every person is different), and a fierce love of the art of healing, I aim to help my clients not only understand themselves, but change themselves in a way that helps create meaning and purpose going forward.
