Introduction

Whether you are experiencing temporary challenges or are ready to start unwinding past traumas and long-standing struggles, I can support you in healing and moving ahead with more self-acceptance, inner peace and resiliency. My approach focuses on building self-knowledge, increasing compassion and getting to the root causes of suffering rather than just fixing symptoms. I work with both children and adults, and have experience helping families in conflict. My background includes working with young adults in crisis, including mood disorders and self-harm. My approach is also helpful for those who have experienced emotional abuse or who are dealing with the painful effects of personality disorders. My therapy style is intuitive, emotionally-safe, and connected to the client's own inner wisdom as the guide to healing. Feel free to reach out for a complimentary phone call to see if we might be a good fit.
