Introduction

Molly Iler is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens, adolescents, and adults. Molly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Kansas in 2011. After a “starter career” in marketing and advertising, Molly followed her passion back into school. Over the course of her teaching career, Molly taught high school English in Dallas ISD and 6th grade ELA in Highland Park ISD. During this time, Molly was called into counseling; she began her Master of Arts in Counseling program at Southern Methodist University. During her time at SMU, Molly saw clients in the SMU Center for Family Counseling and Highland Park Middle School counseling office. Perhaps her most rewarding experience was working with clients at Men of Nehemiah, a Christian addiction treatment center in South Dallas. While Molly specializes in working with children and adolescents, she has experience with all ages. She most enjoys working with clients on anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse, parenting and developmental transitions. Molly currently works as the school counselor at Wesley Prep in Dallas, TX. In addition to her LPC license, Molly is a certified school counselor, National Certified Counselor, and a certified teacher in ELA, ESL, and Special Education. When Molly isn’t at Kindling, she enjoys reading, baking bread, and being a dog-mom to her Goldendoodle, Mister.
