As an eclectic therapist, Molly primarily draws from psychodynamic, relational, cognitive behavioral, and humanistic theory to provide an inclusive, affirming, trauma-sensitive space for individuals to engage in healing and self-exploration. Molly has experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings with adults battling challenges including PTSD/complex trauma, domestic/intimate partner violence, mood disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, personality disorders, and perinatal mental health. Molly earned her MSW from Adelphi, where she later completed postgraduate studies in addictions. She has since received advanced clinical training in trauma and perinatal mental health. As a researcher, Molly continues to build her knowledge on trauma, dissociation, and interpersonal violence, and enjoys educating graduate students as a practicum instructor.
