Hello! I'd like to share a little about myself. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, am certified in EMDR by emdria.org (https://credentials.emdria.org/24ca0364-4a33-4dba-8299-3fcd12908c0b); and am a certified clinician by NADD (https://thenadd.org/certified-clinicians/) and am trained in Progressive Counting through the Trauma Institute / Child Trauma Institute (https://ticti.org) and the Comprehensive Resource Model (https://comprehensiveresourcemodel.com/) My practice focus is healing aspects of the self that are suffering or causing suffering driving the need for whatever symptom (anxiety, depression, relationship disruption, pain etc.) that a person finds themselves looking for healing. I use the following tools: CRM (Comprehensive Resource Model; EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy); Progressive Counting (PC), as well as other brain/body -based interventions to navigate the individual, unique healing journey.
