My role in the therapeutic relationship is to be a nonjudgmental support you process and explore past experiences and consider how you’re being affected today. With that knowledge, we’ll consider realistic changes you can implement to create increased functioning and quality of life. You’ll be in the driver’s seat, deciding your therapy’s direction and destination. I’ll take the position of passenger, supporting you and offering direction along the way. I’ve had a variety of clinical experiences, working with clients living with diverse health conditions. In that work, I’ve found the most fulfillment and success serving adolescents and young adults. I am particularly experienced in working with college students living with anxiety and problems related to college adjustment and stress.
