I am a Behavioral Health Therapist and the founder of Emcimbini Wellness. I have a Masters in Social Work (Clinical), I have experience working with children, young adults, parents and families from different socio-economical backgrounds, ethnicity, and culture. My experience was gained working in my country and working and living here in America for the past 3 years. Emcimbini Wellness is a private Mental Health Practice which is proudly embarked with the spirit of "UBUNTU", (the Spirit of Humanity) of which we bring forth in every service we offer. We believe to be in the service of humanity and our value and principle is tied with our primary Humanistic and Person Centered Approach. The word Emcimbini is a South African Xhosa word meaning and referring to the place of ceremonies. So when you choose Emcimbini Wellness to be your provider, you choose to engage in a ceremony and process of Personal Development in the capacity of Mental Health Wellness.
