In many cases both single-incident and complex trauma can significantly impact our relationships with others by keeping us stuck in unhealthy patterns that can affect our daily lives. Relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma-related symptoms and associated life stressors are at the core of my therapeutic work. I help adults identify and overcome unhealthy patterns associated with unresolved trauma experiences as well as manage cycles of anxiety and depression. I welcome adult clients from every sexuality, gender and identity. My goal as your therapist will be to provide you with a respectful and collaborative therapeutic experience in which we can explore, define, and set the goals you wish to achieve in therapy with awareness, sincerity, and meaningful action that works for you.
