I believe these skills can help you find greater happiness and contentment in as little as 4 weeks. You will have more clarity about where your feelings come from, how to create the feelings you want, how to think more powerfully, and shape your choices to serve you better. If you are in a marriage or partner relationship that feels unexpectedly hard and confusing, we can fix that. If it feels like you and your person are always fighting, I can help you. Are you wondering if you'll ever feel in love with your spouse again? Is it hard to remember what attracted you to them in the first place? Does it feel like forever since you and your partner got along smoothly? Maybe other people are telling you your partner is so wonderful and it's confusing because you see them so differently. We will discover what attracts you two, what connects you to each other. You will find deeper feelings of love and companionship for each other. Success will require practice outside of session as well as inside session. If we cover 1-2 skills (12 total) each week, then you could have a happier partnership in as little as 6 weeks! The timeline is up to you. You will feel more understood by your partner, more aware of your partner's ways and wants. You will both be able to compromise together successfully, and communicate more calmly even when you disagree.
