My introduction in the field of psychotherapy began in working with dual diagnosis folks. Originally trained in Psychodynamic theory, I went on to explore how larger, societal systems affect us on a deep and nuanced level. Through my own depth-oriented therapy and over 8 years of clinical experience, I have worked with a wide range of people from many different backgrounds. I lead with compassion and curiosity, and collaborate with my clients to explore issues related to relationships (with self and others), trauma, identity exploration, attachment issues, parts work (integration), life transitions, grief and existential crisis. This work can be challenging, and leads to meaningful transformation for my clients. We will dig in together to gain deeper insight into all of your facets, moving forward with clarity, a sense of agency and embodiment.
