Introduction

When I begin to work with clients my main goal is to determine what your expectations are for your life. It is important that we determine what your goals are so that we can work together to reach these goals. Sometimes you may not be able to have a clear picture of what you hope to accomplish in therapy. Finding clarity is one of the things I will work with you on in order for you to understand who you are and what you want out of your life. I have an easy-going personality and want you as the client to be able to be comfortable when working with me. There will be no judgment. You will have a safe place when talking with me. Giving you this safe space will allow you to make the changes you need to live the life you truly desire.
