I understand life can feel challenging, overwhelming, and almost like your light has been shut off. My goal is to help you turn that light back on! You are the expert on your story and will work at your pace providing you with encouragement along the way. Together we can help you reach your goals and improve your mental health and well-being. I have six years of experience helping various ages with diverse issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, anger, grief, work issues, and phase-of-life issues. In sessions, I have provided them with the resources and tools needed to help them decrease and manage their symptoms. I am committed to assisting my clients in reaching their goals by providing a supportive and therapeutic environment. I utilize an eclectic approach during therapy which allows me to tailor sessions to each client. Each client is different and benefits from a variety of therapeutic approaches throughout their sessions. The different approaches that I use are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), person-centered, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), mindfulness therapy, and several others.
