Introduction

The human experience is unique to each individual and the journey will be equally diverse. My goal as a clinician is to support the choices and self determination of my neurodiverse clients, while sharing tools that may help navigate a neurotypical world. My name is Monica Reaves and I have 14 years experience as a clinical social worker in mental health clinics, a hospital psychiatric unit, forensic interviewing for child welfare services, and in special education settings. My Pace Learning and Behavioral Health is a mental health practice dedicated to helping you or your child learn about what is important to you (or your child) and how to achieve growth, at your own pace. I am here to partner with you. “It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences.” – Audre Lorde
