In 1999, I acquired my M.S. of Counseling with an emphasis in Child and Family Mental Health. After counseling diverse populations in various sectors, I completed the fulfillment of my childhood dream. In March of 2020 I established Mindful Restorations, LLC where I primarily use training in CBT, Mindfulness, and EMDR to support clients in healthy navigation of their life paths toward mindful restoration.
