I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) who works with individuals, teens, and families navigating the messiness of life—things like anxiety, depression, ADHD, family conflict, and behavioral challenges. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be fully yourself—no masks, no judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way and work toward practical, meaningful changes that feel right for you. I pull from approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and family systems work, but more importantly, I tailor our sessions to what resonates with you. Whether you’re navigating a tough season or unpacking deeper patterns, I’m here to support your growth with honesty, compassion, and curiosity.
