I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am committed to helping individuals learn to cope with many daily and life stressors. I believe everyone has a path in life, sometimes we all need some guidance, and that is what I am here for. I graduated from Purdue University in 2013 with a BS in Human Services. I began working in child welfare, and continued to do so until I completed my Master's of Social Work (MSW). I graduated from Indiana School of Social Work in 2019 and have been working as a therapist since then. I am passionate about helping older adolescents, college students, and adults. I have been facilitating online group therapy since the beginning of 2020, and have found it to be very successful. Connections is an online group with a goal to foster connections with those who are struggling with similar issues such as depression, anxiety, boundaries, motivation, self-esteem, guilt & shame, anger management, grief & loss, thinking errors, codependency, and much, much more! The group meets once per week to gain support from peers through group discussion. The group is educational and interactive focusing on a different topic each week to gain skills and better regulate emotions. Space is limited, contact me today to reserve your spot.
