Morgan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing therapy to adults and adolescents. She has expertise working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, life transitions, and relational difficulties. Grounded in compassion and humor, Morgan focuses on creating a non-judgmental space for her clients to connect deeply with mind and body. She believes that clients can build fulfilling lives by increasing awareness of self and expanding the parameters of possibility. Morgan uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation strategies. Her goal is to explore alongside her clients, offering encouragement and acceptance throughout. Morgan received her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
