My name is Morgan, and I’m a holistic psychotherapist with 10 years experience in the mental health field. I specialize in supporting women who are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem issues, and a sense that their lives are out of balance. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, deeply rooted in psychodynamic principles and the polyvagal theory. I also believe in the powerful connection between mind, body, and soul, incorporating nutritional support and lifestyle evaluations into my practice. Along the way, I have learned that life's challenges can't be sidestepped or avoided; the only way out is through. Through the brambles, through the thick of it—but you don't have to do it alone.
