Introduction

Hi there, I'm Moriah. I'm an LICSW. My core belief is that everybody deserves a safe space to explore whatever is taking up space in your mind and in your life that led you here. I believe we are all capable of making meaningful change in our lives if given the right tools and support. Whether you are wanting to process and work through past trauma, cope with anxiety or life stressors, or navigate major life changes, I have tools and a variety of evidence based interventions that can help. In my practice, I work with individuals aged 13+ for psychotherapy and offer both in person and virtual sessions. My office is located in West Barnstable, Ma. I am a Cape Cod native and have worked in the field of mental health here for the past decade. My experience ranges from intensive community based family therapy, child welfare, both school and outpatient based community mental health care, as well as working within multiple Federally Qualified Health Centers. I have a passion for supporting teens and young adults, however also see adults in my practice as well. Some of my areas of clinical experience are: -Supporting teens in transitioning to adulthood (navigating college applications, graduation, future planning) -Supporting life transitions (divorce, marriage, becoming parents, parenting/co-parenting, career change, grief) -Anxiety Disorders -Mood Disorders -Obsessive Compulsive Disorders -Trauma I accept most commercial insurances, offer sliding scale fee spots, and provide documentation for those seeking out of network reimbursement. I am committed to making therapy accessible, and affordable. Fill out a contact form here to connect for a consultation and begin the intake process!
